We will provide a free onsite estimate for your pool for your potential monthly service amount. Our monthly price is based on the the following factors: is the pool screened in, pool size, system quality, and immediate environmental surroundings. Our weekly maintenance services include:
We test your pool each week for the chemical levels that are in your pool. This includes the water pH, chlorine, and stabilizer (cyanuric acid) levels. Chemicals are added as they are needed to ensure the appropriate balance of the necessary chemicals is present in your pool. Our weekly service includes testing and adding the following chemicals to your pool:
- Salt (if applicable)
Each week we will perform the basic cleaning services to ensure your pool stays healthy and clear. Each pool is unique and requires different maintenance than its neighbor. Due to being unique, services can vary depending on the needs of the pool. The services each week may include, as needed:
- Empty skimmer and pump catch baskets
- Tile cleaning
In addition to weekly maintenance, we also perform routine maintenance and repair on general pool equipment*. We may charge an additional cost for equipment repair and maintenance. We will notify and seek your approval before beginning any work that would require an added cost to your weekly service. Our repair and maintenance can include:
- Pool filters – standard cartridge and D.E. (diatomaceous earth)
- Pool pumps
- Motors and seals
- Salt chlorinating system
Due to the complexity of D.E. filtration systems, Ashley’s Pool Service LLC will take special care to ensure these filters are operating at their best performance. We will perform a back wash of D.E. filters approximately every 3-6 months, as needed. Once a year most D.E. filters will need to be broken down and the grids thoroughly cleaned. This process should be performed as needed and may require an additional fee.
*Major installation and/or repair of pool equipment may require the home owner to contact an applicable licensed contractor depending on the scope of the equipment repair. Ashley’s Pool Service is unable to perform equipment installations or modifications (e.g.: heaters, solar, pumps, electrical, etc).
